This was a great little spot on the island and the unit was clean and very spacious. Adele was super friendly and helpful and ensured that we had the baby items we needed for our grandson. It would have been nice to have the basics: salt, pepper and oil for cooking. These are all available at the general store but very expensive of course. There was no means to brew a pot of coffee but Adele kindly gave us the use of her own personal French press.

Our family of 5 stayed in a ground floor apartment and it was perfect for a family of our size and even had an ensuite. We enjoyed using the bbq provided and the location to both the happy valley shop and beach were excellent. Thr owners were also very helpful and gave great tips on the surrounding areas and tides etc. Highly recommend to other families.

The location was perfect and Kevin and Adele were wonderful hosts. It was great being able to eat dinner or buy groceries just a 2min walk up the street, appreciated having the dingo fence around us, and the kids favorite was the swing at the top of the sand dune just a 5 min walk down the beach to the right. A great spot for whale watching as well. K'Gari truly is paradise.

Perfect spot on Fraser to unwind an relax for a few days. We used Sailfish as a base to explore the middle and south parts of the island before moving further north for a few more nights, and found it to be the perfect location for this. The rooms are very large and the apartment itself is spacious and well equipped. Full size kitchen including an oven and dishwasher! The rooms were clean and well appointed. Forget Eurong, Happy Valley is much more quiet and hidden, and has a great little pub/restuarant. We will be back!

Our unit was spacious clean and well presented. It had all necessities. It wasn’t communicated that we had two accesses to the unit. When I did find a second entry, it was unlocked, and had been for two days. Communication !! Perfect access to Eli Creek.

Really good location to see a lot of things on the island. Our unit was nice with everything you need but just needed a bit better clean, thick dust on the curtains in the room we were in not a big deal but just something that needs attention especially for people with asthma.

since this is beach access by car only having car wash facilities for free was great. The unit we stayed in was massive great cooking facilities a shared BBQ, swimming pool and under cover parking 2 bathrooms and a balcony with outdoor setting. Centrally positioned on Fraser at Happy Valley only a short walk to the pub and shop great place to spend 5 days

Perfect place to stay if you have kids. They are spacious units for a family with full amenities provided inc dishwasher and washing machine and are located right near the beach with a pool and a grassed area for the kids to play. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The only con was that the units and decor are starting to date however they were still very comfortable and clean and all modern amenities were provided. We will definatly come back again.
