"We love this hotel. We have stayed at several different hotels in Gaborone on past visits. This one is our favorite. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and it was very quiet. We also liked that it was a very short walk to Riverwalk shops and restaurants."
"WiFi doesn't work most of the time. Bed linens were torn and paper thin. There were roaches in the room. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the water did not drain well. I booked and paid in advance for my stay through Expedia in but the property made me pay again saying that they have no relationship with Expedia!!"
