"our stay was completely enjoyable. Check in was fast, staff wonderful, super helpful and pleasant. We stayed in 2 different rooms during stay and move was a total breeze. We went out for our excursion, the staff placed our luggage in new room by the time we returned. The rooms have the updated plugs and a usb-c port. Light controls at bedside. Very comfy beds. I do think the pillows were overdone; one very large pillow and one usable (perfectly substantial and soft) pillow for sleeping. The large ones were visually appealing but not soft or usable at all, would be much better to have two usable pillows per person. The plants were very beautiful and well kept. The pool was quite a wonderful part of the stay. Gradual entry with NO slipping. A little slippery at our door entry into pool, but there was a safety mat in place (use it). Wonderful fluffy comfy seat on our pool deck. Layout space of the room was perfect. Nice huge mirrors. Robes, slippers, perfectly fit. Shower was great. Restaurant at resort was very beautiful. Very nice staff. Beautiful food. A little bland on natural food flavor enhancement. The local non alcoholic drinks were delicious. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, lots of international options. We will definitely stay again!"

"Well it was a rocky start, wrong room then broken aircon then a lost transport bus. However this was all fixed rapidly thabks to 2 members of staff the lady on the pink desk and the gentleman in the cafe area. They really are a saving grace for the hotel. Once the problems where fixed the stay was fine and i would advise it for people. The 3pm check in could do with being 2pm like most other hotels but thats really the only thing i would change."

"Prime location between 3 night markets, across from a 7-11 and vouge mall, friendly staff, clean rooms. My only downside is no fan in the bathroom but that's pretty insignificant compared to how everything else was so good. Also, Go walk to the river and charter a boat to see the cave, there's a surprise in there. "

"A 15 minute walk to all the night life but extremely clean, modern, friendly staff and an overall pleasant stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again if stopping by Krabi Town. Staff was adorable, helpful and kind. Great breakfast cooked to order."

"When we arrived the shower curtain had mold, bed was hard as a rock and the breakfast that was available was extremely limited and they did not even refill juice/water. Very outdated place "
