"The staffs are very helpful and kindness. I’ve a lit problem, with the agency that I booked a trip, and staff help me a lot, call to the agency many times. Just the breakfast it’s poor, just bread and butter. The localization is exclent, bear everything, temple, Khao road. If you stay in Bangkok it’s a good choice "

"Drinking water system is not environmentally friendly ( giving everyone two plastic bottles a day) . It could be easily solved by a couple of modern hot and cold water dispensers and make guests use their own bottles. This would also solve the issue of one small kettle for the whole hotel ( there are no kettles in the rooms)."

"Nice hostel. Very spacious. Shared room had washroom. Laundry on top floor. Kind of far from everything but had some nice restaurants around. No elevator or ac in the common area so was a hot walk up to the 3rd floor. Balcony in common area was nice!"

"The swimming was much enjoyed by my kids and I. Also WELL DONE to the hotel for having a room with three single beds. Not many places have these sorts of rooms. There was some confusion over the starting time for breakfast...but we worked it out. The hotel is not posh, but is clean and tidy. Room cleaning is carried out when you request it."

Shangri la hotel Bangkok...i stay there on 13 May
"I stay in Shangri La bangkok on 13 May 2024...front office staff helpful ! Breakfast oso not bad...the hotel ferry to ICON Siam good idea but ended up 5.30pm evening too early, last ferry shld be ending 7pm or 7 30pm from ICON Siam much convenient for hotel guest...at least let hotel guest finished their dinner n take last ferry ride 7pm or 7.30pm better...5.30pm ferry ride too early...otherwise hotel is good ! I m from Singapore. "
