"I was so disappointed by this hotel. It wasn't definitely not worth the money. The don't usually write bad reviews unless I have to but the hotel was sub standard and I found the staff rude and unfriendly. I wish I had researched the hotel more before booking as I can now see the many have had a similar experience. It's not hard to be nice, friendly and provide a good service but they failed. The photos also do not live up to the experience when you get to the hotel. Koh lak is a nice place but...

"Das Personal ist sehr unaufmerksam, bis auf die beiden morgens beim Frühstück die sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber das Bad braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Der Wasserdruck hat stark geschwankt, war aber immer hoch genug zum duschen. Das WLAN war auch nicht das beste und funktionierte teilweise gar nicht. Im Pool fehlten einige Kacheln, aber er war sauber. Das Hotpot Restaurant nebenan ist sehr zu empfehlen. "

View from room from one window looks at a pond with runoff water from a bunch of buildings draining into it day and night. Ive been in Thailand for 4 months in the last year, its a fantastic place with wonderful people but I would not return here. "
