Great value for money

Great value for money. Very clean and business rooms are really very nice for what you pay. Restaurant is a little bit "depressive"... not a lot of light and never seen any guest.

Pros: - Spacious and clean room with everything you need. - Delicious breakfast. You choose the main dish, the dessert and the drink. It is more like a proper restaurant meal rather than the hotel breakfast. Impressive. - Convenient location close to the city center and the airport. Cons: - Bad soundproofing: you can hear trams and cars from outside and music from another room. - You can feel a smell of smoke in the room even though the hotel is smoking free. Maybe some guests simply don’t obey the rules. - Even though many people consider a bathtub as some sort of luxury, I would always prefer a shower. Taking a shower in a bathtub is not particularly comfortable and the water spills a bit through the bottom of the curtain.

My home away from home

The hotel is very clean, my rooms were perfect for my needs, there is plenty of hot water and the staff very friendly and eager to help. Very minor negatives are: no washcloths, refrigerator in my room was inoperative, there is a rumble when the streetcar passes by. Highly recommended... fantastic value! )))

Otel guzel, konum iyi, odalar cok temiz, resepsiyon cok guler yuzlu, olsada check out yapacagimiz sirada , gorevlinin mini bar kullandinizmi diye sormasi normal, ama kullanmadik dememize ragmen , cikmamiza musade etmemeleri, cantalarimizi nazikce emanete alalim diyip rehin almalari, bizim standarlarimizda bir musteriye yapilmamasi gereken bir haraketti. 2 gun 4 kisilik kahvalti parasi odeyip hicbirsey yemedik, mini bari ne yapabilirizki,!!! Dolabin hepsi kac paraki bu sekilde davrandiniz anlamadik. Hersey mukemmel yazacakken , bunu yazmak zorunda kaldik. Yinede diger kaldigim yerlerle kiyasladigimda , tekrar kalirmisiniz derseniz, evet derim. Bu kucuk sorun disinda hersey guzeldi.

Все замечательно. Свежий отель без суеты. Вкусно и быстрое, качественное обслуживание. Есть один минус - шумоизоляция не достаточная хорошая как окон, так и дверей. Слышный транспорт и разговоры работников в коридоре.

Jesteśmy 4 dzień w Państwa hotelu. Hałas i budynek który się trzęsie jak jedzie tramwaj to spora atrakcja i wyzwanie by spać. W momencie ruszenia drzwi przy wannie pojawia się smród czegoś zgniłego. Śniadania są koszmarem. Poza tym, że jak na 4* hotel, wybór jest jak w hostelu to jedzenie nie jest smaczne. Dzisiaj otrzymaliśmy omlet z włosem. Wczoraj omlet śmierdział. Warzywa wyglądają na suche i stare. Biorąc herbatę nie można już wziąć wody bo z danej kategorii można wziąć tylko jedną pozycję. Opłata za śniadanie patrząc na wybór i jakoś nie jest odpowiednia i pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Będąc dłużej w tym hotelu, trudno mówić o różnorodności na śniadaniu i możliwości odpoczynku.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Sure it has nice and clean room and building but it lacks other options that you may find in other hotels in Kharkov. Not all the staff speak English and sometimes it can be difficult to order room service. I was given a room across from the staff room so I got to hear all the noise when they were going in and out even at night. The room I used had the weird interior set up that there was a pillar next to the chair I could sit on. The location of table and chair is so far away from air conditioning and close to window so it was hard to feel the cool air when I was working using my computer. The breakfast is so so. It is not bad but it is not great either. You can only get one cup of coffee for breakfast or you will have to pay extra.

The staff is excellent and the restaurant serves great food. The price is very reasonable. The only drawback is that it is a little ways out from the downtown area, but only 10 minutes and given the excellent value compared to downtown hotels, well worth it. There are two banks right next door so financial transactions including currency exchange is a breeze.

It was a short-but-sweet stay. Kiroff Hotel is one of the better hotels in the city. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and moved quickly on everything. The room was very nice and new as was the bathroom. For the price, it was a great value.
