"The service was what I enjoyed most. I needed a 2pm late check out and housekeeping accommodated my request. The ladies at the service desk pointed me in the right direction to walk to the mall Emperium. And the concierge attendants did an exceptional job with keeping up with my luggage overnight since it was only a 1 night stay til my flight next day in the afternoon. I will stay there the next time I return to Bangkok. "

"Holiday Inn bangkok is located in main city. There are 4-5 shopping malls nearby walking around. Indian restaurants are also located nearby.Hotel staff are very friendly "
