"We stayed here during our last 5 nights in Bangkok. We checked a lot of reviews before booking and we agree with those reviews. This Hotel gives a feel like your in a 5 star. Libby is grande. Staff was very helpful always. Even though we checked in very early by the end of checking in a room was read so they gave us rhe key and even brought our bags up for us. Room was spacious and clean. Staff cleaned the room everyday. Pool was amazing. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the pool cocktails and food. Cocktails tasted water downed or just standard amount of alcohol. And the 2 food items we order, one we had to send back and the other was small portioned and not very tasty or impressive. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's a bit walk to main road but they do have a tuk tuk free service to take you there. From the main road not a far walk to BTS or MRT or Asok and a nice night food market. Great value over all for the price we paid."

"Staff absolutely fantastic couldn’t be any more helpfull.The young girl who cleans floor 13 is such a nice person. Got a 2 late check out for free that really help us with everything that’s being going on in the world. Great location at the heart of everything Room spotlessly clean comfortable bed can’t fault this hotel and would recommend it to everyone. The bts is at the bottom of the street and the mrt is 10 minutes walk the opposite way. Thank you for a fantastic 8 nights of pure peaceful luxury "

"I have stayed at this hotel, many times and I always look forward to returning. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are large well appointed clean with Floor to ceiling windows looking out on the city. The breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect near all public transportation, most important the staff is wonderful, very helpful very considerate very professional. It is probably the very best hotel that I have ever stayed in. I highly recommended."

"Sadly the state of the carpet (very smelly) is very poor. Management is trying to hide it with their deodoriser, but with no result. The buffet breakfast has never change its menu. The only best thing is the coffee. Staff were 100% good and polite. Rooms were good and clean "

"Excellent stay for families, the room with the bunks and a king bed was perfect for our family of 4, allowing some separation and everyone was comfortable. We booked this hotel partly due to the advertising that there is an airport shuttle included. This is false advertising - it is not included, but costs more than a taxi. It also requires more than 3 days notice to book. We were frustrated by this. Otherwise the stay was great. Highly recommend, just don't count on a shuttle...take a grab instead."
