"I absolutely loved this place. The staff here are very kind, attentive, and helpful. I left for five days and returned, and they gave me the same room with a "welcome back" message and in-person greetings. They were awesome. The service exceeded my expectations, and the room was lovely. The food was good, atmosphere great, design and aesthetic cool, breakfast epic, etc. All at a very reasonable price (ridiculous price for me coming from Miami). 5 stars"

"Many areas for all to enjoy. Rooms very comfortable. Even asked to by mattress topper as it was so comfortable. Some areas need maintenance such as Aqua Zone with rust and sharp edges. Timber rotting around pool access rooms and plenty of ant's. Overall will def come back. Easy walk to shops, markets and restaurants. And cheaper than Patong region. 6 times to Thailand and Khao Lak has been the best. And Sands best resort so far "

My complaint about property was the manager the room was extremely hot and manager would not allow another key to improve this and stated she is saving the environment which I corrected this is not saving environment saving money only.
