Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.
Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Long Stay Discounts: Some of our properties are well suited to longer stays. For bookings of 30 nights or more, we may be able to offer a reduced rate compared to what’s advertised. Please feel free to get in touch with our team with your preferred dates, and we’ll be happy to look at the best available rate for you.

For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. Peace of Mind: For your added security we will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held by us and not disbursed until after your departure.

Brilliant place, fantastic location. Great for families.
Good, comfortable accommodation well located. Very noisy all day Saturday from 6.00am with Australian Body surf championships across the road. More glassware is required as only 3 champagne flutes, 1 decent wine glass another was chipped. Would definitely recommend though do check local activities before booking.
We had a wonderful short stay at the apartment, and it was great. It had every convenience you could think of. Right across from the beach and close [walking] distance to great cafes and restaurants. Immaculately cleaned. The only reason I have given it a 4 star for cleaning is that the main bedroom carpet[& lounge rug] is in need of a clean, also the towels are in need of a good soak or bleach. Perfectly clean , but also very greyed. Sheets on bed were spotless & bright. Loved the place & have recommended to a number of friends & family

The apartment was so nice and very clean. In a great, convenient spot. Check in was easy, there were toys for the kids and everything we would need for cooking & cleaning. A great place to stay. The only issue we had was that the bed in the main room was the super uncomfortable we ended up all having to sleep in the second room.
Location to the beach and shops was excellent. Easy access to the garage and outside the building. Very handy having the restaurant underneath the building. Apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped. Some nights the neighbours were noisy and the traffic noise starts early in the morning but that is to be expected so close to the beach. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend the apartment.
Apartment was in a great location & we were fortunate enough to have world championship boggy board competition across the road so was interesting to walk across road & watch. A short walk into town & railway station. Being on a busy road was concerned about traffic noise...couldn't hear anything when doors closed. Apartment was spacious, clean & extremely comfortable. Very secure & even in the main garage we also had a locked garage for our car excellent. Apartment had everything you could want & more. Highly recommend.
Beautifully presented three bedroom apartment across the road from Corination Park, and a short walk to Kiama shops. There is an excellent Italian restaurant, Olive and Vine, on ground level. The apartment was very clean and contained all fittings, fixtures, and equipment for a short or long stay. A bonus is the large balcony, however it is uncovered, so during our time, when it rained, often, the balcony was unusable. Another bonus is the large, lockable, two car garage on the ground level which is located under the apartments. An elevator makes luggage transfer easy.

Property just beautiful and clean. Had everything we wanted. Had condiments which was great. Beds were comfy and nice and quiet. Weather wasn’t great but we enjoyed our stay ammensely. Thank you so much.
The property was really clean and exactly as described. It contained all the amenities we required. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The only negative would be noisy neighbours at night and a strong smell of cigarette smoke seeping in of a night time. Other than those two minor issues the apartment was great.
Beautiful and stylish unit. It was very clean and well equipped for a home away from home. The undercover parking was great as we had a few very wet days. The location is brilliant. Very glad we stayed here.
