"The property was well maintained room was decent bad experience with the no water bottles there for tea and coffee, no one answers at the reception and on top of it had to pay 10 pounds for the car parking even as a guest for the night. 😔 😟 🙁"

"The White House end of the hotel is lovely. Sadly we were in a different part where the rooms were tired and ultra basic. Our room stank of vomit, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable, we could feel the springs in the bed. We only had one towel and one toilet roll for two of us sharing a double ..."

"Great property if you want a kitchen and full apartment. Staff were absolutely great! We have stayed several times and the property is now a bit worn and a little tired."

"Really good experience- especially with family. We had a fantastic family get together for a special birthday. The pool was amazing especially with the music and lights and everyone loved it. Our host was welcoming, helpful and accessible.Providing a cot was very useful."
