We had a very pleasant stay at Caravan Under Cliff and would happily return. The caravan park is in a great location, within about a 15-minute walk of both a lovely sandy beach and the railway station, which makes it very convenient for exploring the area. "Firstly, the chalet was very difficult to find. The host only gave us the instruction to check the map outside reception. After having to find a member of bar staff (as reception had closed by the time of our arrival), we were told this map had long been removed.
Secondly, the chalet had a mould issue. The cabin had a foul odour throughout of damp. There was mould on the curtains and around fixtures and fittings.
Thirdly, the shower did not drain quickly. By the end of your shower, you were up...
