Beautiful sand beach, breathtaking sunsets, and remarkable ocean views await you at our well appointed oceanfront condo.

Our beachfront condo is located on a quiet beach and is just a short walk (within a block or two) from shops, restaurants, grocery store, post office, a church, and medical care.

This third floor one bedroom unit features comforts such as a well equipped kitchen, plenty of top quality towels and linens, and your very own private lanai. It's located in a small well maintained beachfront complex that offers its guests a safe and relaxed setting to enjoy your vacation.

Unit is also stocked beach gear including a cooler, and beach chairs.

Can't wait to go back.

Fun Hawaiian theme decorations. Location was great, and just steps from the beach, where at dusk, I saw 6 big turtles haul out and rest in the sand. Pool was super clean. Plus the bed was super comfortable for me, (which is something I always worry about). It was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

Incredible oceanfront condo in Kihei. What a great experience from check-in to checkout. Views for days! Great facility that's well stocked with utensils and cleaning products. Appliances all worked well, and the beach chairs and Boogie boards were very nice to have. Beautiful property so close to the beach with sensational sunsets.

Honestly might be my favorite place I ever stayed. Me and my wife did a couple nights during our honeymoon and we were able to travel the whole island as well as eat out in town every night and come home to an amazing sunset. Highly recommend

We loved our stay! The view was unbeatable, we spent most mornings and evenings on the lanai. The unit was very clean and had many essentials that got us through the week. We loved the location. The only thing lacking was water pressure in the shower. Would recommend this unit and would love to stay here again if we return to Maui.

Great location and views of the ocean

The property is awesome. Many restaurants, shops, markets and cafes are within a 5-10 min walk. The beach is literally your back yard. Unobstructed views (except by palm trees) of the ocean and lots of room to just relax on the grass or on the beach itself. Beach area isnt super busy like the others in the Wailea / Kihei border area. I even saw honu lounging on the beach.

Gorgeous View

A condo on the third floor. Has everything you may need for your stay. Plus walking distance to many of the great restaurants & markets there. We loved it there at this condo. But the view was breathtaking & the beach was just enough. Haha I can hardly wait to come back for my next stay. Love it.

Good location to walk to food and shopping. The sunsets were very nicely framed over the ocean with palm trees and gorgeous light. Overall priced seemed a little steep given the size and worn condition of the unit but the owners have made arrangements for upgrades that will help.

Nice unit, great location

Enjoyed a few days here. Unit is as described and provides what you need. The location is prefect, spent hours watching whales, and generally relaxing on the lanai. Good pool and the easiest access to the beach. Only thing to note is it is a three story walk up but the stairs aren’t that bad, even for an older person like me with bad ankles.

Clean and well stocked condo. A little outdated but fine for what we needed. Beautiful sunsets every night! Beautiful long beach for walks. Water not as swimmable as we were hoping due to large lava rocks but still nice. Great pool. Great central location to venture to other spots from. Kihei is a neat little town. Location and patio view are both amazing

Check in process was extremely easy and the location could not be beat. Walking distance to shops and restaurants was great. Location, access to beach and view from patio could not be beat. The condo worked great for our needs. The AC unit is in the living room, there is no AC unit in the bedroom itself. They do have tower fans and a ceiling fan in the bedroom and windows that can open but it was still warmer than we are used to.

Couldn't ask for a better ocean front view!

From the moment we stepped out on to the balcony our daily stresses melted away. While the building is a bit older we had everything we needed. It was clean and very comfortable. Soft, comfortable bed, cozy yet spacious living area, nice kitchen, and even had backpack beach chairs, ice chest, beach towels, and a boogie board! There is a beautiful sparkling pool as well but never needed since the beach here was calm and warm 😀 The owners and management were gracious hosts! We cant wait to come back, I can't think of anywhere else we would stay.

Paradise, sounds of ocean waves while sleeping!

It was amazing and paradise with the beach just a few feet away. Conveniently located and safe! Sea turtles on the beach out front! One negative: the onsite guy who gave me quarters for laundry flicke me my head because i didn't know how to put the two rows of quarters in the washer...needless to say my husband immediately went down to speak to him. His excuse? 'He's Italian".smh. Condo beautiful and clean too. Reserved parking spot.
