Book with confidence, as this nicely remodeled 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom (820 sq. ft) condo with ground floor convenience and beautiful ocean and garden views is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo offers an upgraded vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Amazing

Our entire family very much enjoyed our stay at this place. Our ground floor unit was perfect for our family of 4 as it made it easier to access the pool and other amenities.Kamolee beach II is right across the street and steps away from this unit. Anytime we had questions or concerns, the ‘property manager and his team’ was right on it right away.. we loved our stay here and look forward to our next years stay. -Julie and family

Wonderful location

This unit was one of our favorites at this property. All kitchen items were more than perfect. Furniture is a bit shed but comfortable. Perfect location and size of unit for two!

Our 5th stay at Kamamole Sands starting in 1986. The unit was great and had everything we needed Suggest that they replace the vacuum as it didn’t really work that well Also one of the chairs in the patio made a cracking sound, not sure if was the weld underneath but may want to consider replacing them to avoid someone getting hurt

Maui Kamaole Sands Dream Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Kamaole Sandsl. The property was clean and well equiped. The land and location was maintained on a daily basis and the pictures reflect what you will see. The property manager was quick to reply to all questions. The property is directly across the street from Kamaole Beach III. A few steps and you are enjoying the sand and beach. You are within a ten minute walk to some shaved ice and local eateries. This location is driving distance to all key areas to visit whether other local beaches, stores, hiking, snorkelling. In the final days of our trip, the terrible news of the fires broke out, but once Maui has recovered, I recommend this beautiful island to all that would like to visit along with Kamaole Sands. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great get away spot!

We stayed at condo through Vrbo for the first time and it was great and the property was as clean and well taken care of. The property management was thorough and instruction to check in/out was easy to follow. We will definitely come baxk!

Would stay again

Great location, nice pool and gym, close to beach and restaurants. Being on the ground floor was very convenient with small kids -no fear that they’d fall off the lanai, felt like a big backyard for them. Very well stocked, impressed with kitchen and beach stuff. The pull out bed is a typical sofa bed and would not have been comfortable for the adults for the whole week but was just fine for the kids. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo! One of the better ones! ;-)

This condo was great! It was our second time staying at the Kamaoli Sands in a ground floor unit and this one was better than the first. The furniture was better, closer to beach and pool, better stocked, and nicer people that managed the rental. We brought a 3 year old and 6 year old and they slept great on the sofa couch. The unit had beach chairs, beach toys and a few coolers in different sizes along with snorkel equipment and boogie boards and beach balls. This unit had a little broom for the sand which I appreciated. The management company was very helpful and timely in communication and upon arrival when I locked myself out with groceries melting they were quick to help reset my door code! I also liked that they stocked it a little better, like more than one roll of paper towels and more than 3 laundry pods etc. I would recommend this unit and I hope to be back again! Mahalo

Excellent place to stay in Kihei!

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing time at this place. The condo, although a little pricey and outdated, is very clean, spacious and great swimming pool in the complex. Walking distance to the beach and close to everywhere. The Manager, Matthew Tarasenko was so accommodating. We would stay there again.

Unit was fully stocked.

Was a really nice unit. Had everything we needed and then some which was a surprise. Liked having two bathrooms. Property was very nice but definitely need a car.

Great location. Nice condo.

Close to the beach. Great pool. Kids pool was nice for the little ones. Condo was nice. Only reason it’s not getting a 5 star overall rating is that the condo could have had more closet space, it had lots of bins with bedding in it. Also they could update the pans for cooking, they’re getting a bit worn. And the bed was too hard for me but that is personal preference of course.
