Revel in the spectacular sunsets or stroll along miles of white sandy beach at “first light.” Kihei Akahi is ideally situated and offers excellent value. This one-bedroom vacation condo features a private lanai, a cable TV, a telephone, free high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a complimentary, in-suite safe. A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools. Great shopping and a variety of restaurants are also just minutes away from your doorstep.

A mandatory $25 check-in/resort fee will be assessed.

Good base location

The property was situated very conveniently to many area attractions. We were able to walk to numerous places and enjoy everything Kihei had to offer.

Maui in January

Clean, safe, appliances worked great, good airflow through the unit, comfortable bed, beach and coastal walk one block away, beach chairs and umbrella, safe in the room, assigned parking spot for vehicle. Beautiful place to stay and relax.

Perfect for us

The condo was clean, plenty of room for 2 adults with 2 teens, I loved that it had a washer/dryer. Close to a great beach and the swimming pools were nice. If you have little kids with a lot of energy these pools would be harder because there are a lot of rules. main bed very comfortable, pull out bed is a bit springy. The condo had everything we needed for the beach or cooking. I would book this condo again.

So, all in all we had a great stay. The place is very close to great beaches and great restaurants. However, we choose vacation rentals because I love to cook. The problem with this unit is the utensils were very poor. I could barley cut vegetables with the knives and the pans were a little older and cooking eggs on them, let's just say half the eggs remained in the pan. Also, we didn't exactly like no A/C in the bedroom. Thankfully it is not June, July or August where temperatures are much warmer. We had a little issue with cockroaches, but that is expected in the islands.

Nice little condo!

Had everything we needed. Lovely kitchen, and patio with views. Nice pool/pools. Walkable to dining, beach, & small stores. We are early birds, so the 4am roosters didn’t bother us at all. We’ll come again! :)

Enjoyed our stay

The apartment was exactly as I expected from the pictures, and the complex was actually slightly better than expected! The gardens are beautiful and well-maintained. Kihei is a great central location for exploring Maui (this was our first visit) and all the facilities you need are nearby. I recommend it to others.

Great Find in Maui!

Stayed April 2022 for two weeks. My first time in Maui with my husband. We loved it, the property was a great location; clean upon arrival, exactly as pictured and very friendly property management. Highly recommend if you want to stay in the Kihei area (which I would!) they have the most beautiful sunsets and the beaches/water are warm! Can see the ocean & mountain from the balcony, reasonably priced. Overall we had a really great experience here and would absolutely stay at this property again!

The condo was excellent and getting into it was easy. Everything needed while there was supplied. Office staff very friendly. The Bed was also very comfortable. Beach was nice and close. Overall, I would defiantly book this condo again.

Virginia to Maui

Great space with awesome amenities! Full kitchen and washer/dryer inside the unit made for great comforts. Chairs, coolers, and umbrella made for perfect beach days. View from the balcony had a bit of ocean as well as a bit of the mountain. Everything about the condo made me want to stay extra time. 100% ready for a repeat next year.
