This recently remodeled, bright one bedroom condo is appointed with wood flooring in the living room, bedroom and kitchen with tile in the bathroom and hallway, keeping the space airy and cool. LG-HIMacs counter tops in living room and bathroom provide a clean and modern look. The living room and bedroom also have modern, quiet fans and NEW AC units to keep you cool and comfortable.

The kitchen has been fully remodeled with stylish soft close drawers, new alderwood cabinets, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Everything you need for preparing meals is in the unit which is nicely stocked with new dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking utensils and small appliances. All basic kitchen amenities such as dish soap, hand soap, sponges and paper towels, etc. are also provided for your convenience.

The bathroom has also been remodeled with tile accents in the tub to match the flooring. We provide bath amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion as well as a hairdryer for your convenience. A washer and dryer is available in your condo. Provided will be detergent pods to get you started.

This condo is perfect for up to 4 guests, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a fold out sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy all of the comforts of home on your vacation including high speed internet and cable TV on the flat screen tv.

Everything as promised

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has very recently changed hands and I understand we were the first to stay under new ownership and management. After a few hiccups along the way because of the changeover our month long stay was finally papered and confirmed the week before we were to arrive. However once we arrived that stress was put behind us as all was well and as promised. Maui Vista is a family friendly complex that is well cared for and filled with lush tropical vegetation that was in April was in full bloom. There are 4 pools on the property but they are small and can be busy at certain times but we did find them very refreshing. The unit was very comfortable and very clean. It has been recently updated and the furniture clean and comfortable. We found it was very well equipped and the linens were fresh and crisp... although it can be a bit of work to keep those white towels white! The unit has a wonderful unobstructed north west panoramic view for the living rool and the lanai. Also, the lanai is shaded from the sun most of the day, making it a very comfortable place to retreat to after much beach and pool time. Also, the orientation of the unit is such that it captures the tradewind breezes making it very comfortable without using the airconditioning (the noise from which can be annoying). Maui Vista is located on S Kihei Road but is well located and the unit is in the 2nd building which allows for peace and quiet enjoyment day or night as it is a bit away from all the commercial hustle and bustle on S. Kihei Road. It is a good walk to Foodland or to the ABC store! We would like to thank the new owners for the opportunity to stay in unit 2323 and to be able to carry though with our plans to stay for the month of April 2022 at 2323 Maui Vista. We love Maui and have been many times and of course we will be returning in 2023. For us, it is a little bit of paradise! Thx for sharing!
