You'll love the large lanai with an electric awning that provides plenty of shade for your outdoor enjoyment. With beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and even a wagon included, you'll have everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. This unit is on the 4th floor at the front of building B (closest to the beach) and there is an elevator conveniently located near the unit.

The Alii Kai is a well maintained complex with lovely gardens throughout. The pool and hot tub have beautiful tile, recently re-done. There are BBQ grills to use near the pool and a new pickle ball and shuffle board area.

The Alii Kai complex has unavoidable stairs. From the lower parking lot to get to the unit, there are 10 steps to get up to the elevator.
