"The location of this place could not have been better. The absolute best backyard, great beach area, walkable to several restaurants, coffee, groceries. We had plenty of space for our group of 12. (7 kids age 7-17.) We found everything you need for a beach vacation there, including beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, towels, water shoes, snorkel gear, a kayak and paddle boards.We were so grateful for all of these, and they added so much value and convenience to our vacation. We woke up every day and were able to see whales breaching in the distance from the beach and in the evening we took a 10 minute stroll and found many sea turtles basking in the sand! We found the photos of the listing to be accurate. While the units are not the most updated or luxurious, they were all clean, spacious, comfortable and everything we needed. Mike was the best host- offering great local recommendations and wonderful conversations! We are so thankful and grateful for the time we got to spend at this place!"

"This studio apartment was exactly as described and wonderful for our week on Maui. Everything we needed for our stay was in the studio. Very cozy and quiet. Close to the beaches and the food trucks!! Just beautiful! Would book again for our next trip to Maui. Cloy was so attentive to our needs and very helpful with giving us tips for our stay! Thank you again Cloy for such a wonderful vacation!"

"Very nice clean place with great view of the ocean. Lots of extras provided like beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling equipment. Kitchen was well stocked and communication with host was excellent. "

"We loved this place! It has the cutest beach decor and is a wonderful location! There's a huge food truck park, restaurants, a grocery store and shops all within walking distance. There's a huge park right across the street where we went to watch the sunsets. The swimming beaches are farther down the road but still walkable for most people. There's also a second floor rooftop pool. The unit is small, more like a hotel room but is comfortable, perfectly adequate for 2 people and stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, a soft cooler snd ice packs, pretty much whatever you need. The host is very nice and helpful if needed but not overbearing. We will definitely stay here again. Affordable places on Maui are few and far between so we really appreciated finding this. It's perfect!!"

"Janet & Bill's home was everything they promised!! Perfectly located for our needs. Loved going in the ocean most days and made use of the beach towels & snorkel equipment. They answered all our questions well in advance of our stay and Janet & Bill, based on our request, provided lots of local must see/must eat options. We'll probably book with them next year!! "This property has it all!! From the amenities it offers, more than most other homes I’ve rented, to the beautifully landscaped, peaceful property. The sleeping accommodations were perfect, the pool and hot tub were a huge hit for my grandchildren, the number of very well thought out details were just truly the best!! I would rent this place over any other houses 10/10! "
