"The property and rooms were historic and charming. Our room was very private and spacious. Breakfasts were prepared with care and were delicious, with the same offerings each day. The proprietors were very helpful and kind."

"Room was clean, staff was great"

"Smoke detector missing off of the wall, had living bug on sheet when I pulled the bed open. Smelled extremely musty and had black mold in the bathroom. Cigarette stains on tub and sink. Dripping stains down the walls. Water stains on the ceilings. Burn holes through blankets on the bed. No trashcan in bathroom. Owners said they just acquired the property a few months ago so hopefully they will turn the place around."

"Perfect place to stop on skyline drive! Feels like camp in the best way possible. We loved the lodge and fire place! The bar room was fun and had good food for a quick bite!"

"In all honesty, the room seemed a little dusty, but it was quite well equipped. A vanity area just outside the bathroom had its own sink, which was convenient for us as a couple trying to get thru our morning ablutions & get out to tour about. The pool and the tiled outside seating area were rather elaborate, although (not being aa fan of chlorinated water) we did not avail ourselves of it. Parking was just a little distant, due to tenant volume, but the area seemed very quiet & safe, & ample...

"Great experience!"

"Very clean, spacious, and well-appointed rooms in the suite. Excellent amenities and great privacy. Quiet. Two separate bedrooms each with queen size bed and TV, two bathrooms (one with a tub, the other a roll-in shower), a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and small table, living room with a tv, sofa, and fireplace, a large safe for valuables, closets with mirrored doors, hairdryer and amenities, elegant! Stylish! All the comforts of home. Beds were comfortable but their platform made...

"Rooms were nice. Doormen/valets were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front desk staff were essentially worthless in helping with problems and were unapologetic and nonchalant that they couldn’t help on just basic things. They seemed bored with their job to a person. As a regular Bonvoy member one of the worst experiences with front desk staff I have experienced especially at an Omni."

"This was our second stay at the hotel. Each time we have been blessed to have the same, nice, very polite guest services lady. She is always very accomodating and helpful."

"Breakfast service, though very good offering, toaster not working. Coffee machine not working corrrctly."

"Worst hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. Was on the 4th floor with a non working elevator. No blow dryers in the room. Floor in the room had chunks of hair on it when I checked in. During checkout times, they choose to mop the stairs making navigating down 4 flights with luggage a suicide mission. Hotel staff was unapologetic about state of hotel and just said there were no other hotels available since it was homecoming so good luck."

"Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok."

"The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, convenient walk to food lion next door. The room was decent , the toilet handle broke , the bathroom was kinda dark and the shower curtain kinda smelled . Great breakfast and staff"
