The cooked to order breakfast is generous and the staff is warm and friendly. Sea views can’t be beat. This was my second stay and it was just as lovely as the first! "

"Let me share an example how well the staff is trained. I start work earlier when travelling for pleasure. I was up and very quietly working in the lounge to avoid bothering my spouse’s sleep. Within minutes the overnight manager found me and I had an Americano within seconds. Perfect "

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming the room was basic but clean and had everything we needed we had room 1 and the beds were small but very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a cheap no frills stay in Oban,also great location for ferry and train station."

"We were looking for easy access to the railway station and ferry port - Pierrooms could not have been closer to both. The room is small but we were so impressed with the overall cleanliness and comfort of the beds that we booked again for our return journey. The only improvement I would suggest is a small shelf for the top bunk."
