This is a good place to pick if you are willing to bring almost every amenity/necessity with you (all sheets, towels-kitchen, hand, bath, beach, tp, paper towel, hand soap, shampoo, bath mat). It is amazingly close to the ocean and has a great view. Though we didn’t realize we’d have to climb over a dune to get to the beach. This could be problematic for older and very young guests. "My family really enjoyed our stay here. With two teenagers, it was plenty big for all of us to hang out in the living areas- but bedrooms were good size for alone time as well. Kitchen was recently renovated and absolutely gorgeous- perfect for cooking or just hanging out. The ice maker was a major plus on those hot days! I found the house to be true to the photos online- the only minor surprise was the small size of the second bathroom. The shower is tiny! But it still works and it was fine....
