Located on the third floor, this gorgeous waterfront condo offers panoramic sound and sunset views. A comfortably furnished living and dining area opens up onto a private west-facing sun deck overlooking the sound. The interior has been fully renovated with upgrades that include hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and coastal-inspired decor throughout. Oyster Pointe is a hidden gem nestled among mature trees and features a community pool conveniently located directly across from Building E. Guests will also have access to a tennis court, and nature-lovers will appreciate the walking and biking paths that run throughout the complex. The nearby public sound access on Canal Drive is the perfect place for launching kayaks to explore the marshes and wildlife of Colington Creek. The public beach access at 1st Street is only a 6-minute bike ride away, and also provides free parking for guests who'd prefer to drive.

Situated at Milepost 7.5, Oyster Pointe E3 is truly in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. You'll be within a mile radius of grocery stores, a movie theater, mini golf and fantastic dining options including The Jolly Roger and Goombays Grille & Raw Bar. The Wright Brothers National Memorial is also nearby - you can even get there on bikes using the bike path that connects 1st Street to Colington Road.

Can’t stay an entire week? Oyster Pointe E3 is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance. Choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. Please note that grilling is not permitted at the condo or anywhere in the Oyster Pointe complex.

We really enjoyed this property other then a small hiccup which village realty took care of quickly it was an amazing stay. The location was perfect and close to everything we love. We will definitely be back!

This property was exactly as the pictures show. Absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen was way better stocked than we anticipated and better than other locations we’ve stayed before. The pool was very nice, the kids loved it. The location is also very close to public beach access, stores in case you forgot something or need groceries, and we even enjoyed the putt putt golf that was around the corner. I would highly recommend this location for others, and if we were to visit the Outer Banks again we would definitely stay here again.

The place was great but this is an older community and apparently they do not like renters or children. Our first night someone under us came up and entered the unit to tell us to be quiet. I had to call the police. This was before 8pm on July 4 so we were well within our rights to be loud; however we were not. Police were great. I’d just rethink your policy if people are going to be that old and angry about renters.
