"The staff who works nights shift was amazing! Other than that it was not a good experience. Won’t be coming back. The room had grease stains all over the counters. The linen was stained in the bathroom. The room had a mold smell. And the breakfast buffet wasn’t even a buffet."

"It needs to be updated. The elevators broke down and all the guest had to walk up and down. The air conditioning didn’t work in the hallways of the hotel, so as you walked to your room up and down the stairs it was extremely hot and exhausting. We had a Jr suite and the refrigerator had old and molded food- so it hadn’t been clean in some time. The air quality was not the best. The staff were pleasant. The hotel itself needs remodeling and the decore was old and dark. I wouldn’t stay there again unless they gutted it to be modern."

"The amenities available were nice. The facility needed a bit of upkeep outside. Breakfast could use more protein. Our main issue was the bathroom in our room - the door stuck to the floor as if it was misaligned so we had to force it open or shut; both sides of the shower curtain kept sliding towards the middle, leaving the sides exposed and flooding the bathroom floor; the light switch turned on/off both the light and fan and there was no way to only turn the fan off, which would have been great as it was very loud; the room, and the facility in general, felt very stuffy/humid. Special NOTE: Theresa at the Front Desk was THE BEST! We'd stay there again due to comfort from her customer service."
