"Clean and comfy room! Breakfast was amazing! Gym was great, but be aware its used by locals and they weren't super welcoming. The pool/spa area was crawling with loud kids (again locals use this as a leisure club too), so we avoided that."

"This was the most wonderful experience staying at Kilkea Castle. The property is steeped in history and was incredibly interesting to read about. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious, with some tasty variations on traditional Irish breads with soups. Breakfast was ordered from a menu rather than buffet style.
