"The Killington Retreat was centrally located within the town. It was close to all the restaurants, hiking trails, and the ski lift. Check-in was simple and Jeff was able to answer any and all questions that we had. "

"DON'T STAY HERE! Not upfront about major construction. Common hallway leading to the condo, was all taped off for painting, no ceiling tiles, laundry room being painted and none of that was disclosed. Condo was dusty, walls dirty, couch was staging and uncomfortable. Bed was uncomfortable too. One shower did not work at all and the other one had a trickle, and was unusable. The fire place was not usable, and the patio was not as it was pictured. The worst part was the owner would not return phone calls and still hasn't after 3 messages on VRBO site and 2 phone calls. He was not up front about any issues of the condo. We are trying to get our money back. VRBO can't do anything about it. "

"The place is pretty dated and a bit run down. We also didn’t realize it was so far from the base area which wasn’t much of an issue but it seemed closer from the map on the listing. We had to disable the fire alarms that were chirping because of low batteries, we notified the host immediately but didn’t hear back until late the next day, they came to look at it but were unable to do anything. Most dishes are chipped and the kitchen was stocked with a hodge podge of pans and utensils, not really enough to do more than some very simple cooking. Water pressure in showers is quite poor. We won’t stay at this location again. "

"I participated in the Spartan race. Location was perfect. I was in walking distance of where I picked up the shuttle to get to the Spartan Race venue. The room was top notch.But the check in was very sketchy. No front desk and not use to this system of checking in. It was lucky I found a staff person. He helped me check in and ho to get into my room."
