"Every single member of staff that we encountered were friendly and welcoming, an absolute credit to the establishment. A beautiful hotel with plenty of charm & character, within a lovely garden setting. Our room was spacious, clean and well stocked with tea/coffee/hot chocolate/biscuits/toilet roll and the bed was super comfy. The three course lunch was delicious, filling & excellent value as was breakfast the next morning. Plenty of selection in the bar too. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stop and will definitely return in the future. "

"Well located close to bus stop for short trip into city centre. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had all we needed. There was plenty of room to bring in our suitcases rather than just an overnight bag. Staff were friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Having a restaurant right there was so convenient at end of a long day. Parking was convenient and everything on one level. Breakfast was a good selection of the usual fare. Would recommend this property."

"Stayed in a twin room with my daughter for a visit to Falmouth Uni. Beds were comfortable and building was quiet. Great to have a fridge, microwave, kettle in room. Would definitely recommend for short stays / business trips etc."

"Fantastic stay. On arrival met by staff who showed us around. Pet friendly with dog walking field at the back. We stayed in Primrose tent. It was lovely. We suffered a weather emergency which was no fault of the owners, however they went above and beyond to fix the issue. Lovely and well equipped kitchen. Could not fault our stay!"

"My family and I spent a week in the beautiful Master Shipwrights House in February time. The house itself is finished to a beautiful standard and we were able to use the kitchen facilities to make large meals for the family. We particularly enjoyed the way there are places to do different activities - dining table for a puzzle, warm cozy sofas by the fire for reading and a play room with a TV. The house is beautifully furnished and the time spent on the details of the house give it a real character and uniqueness. It is in a good location to go out and do activities including for example visiting Truro, the local Seal Sanctuary, Lappa Valley children's activity park and Trelissick House and Gardens to name a few. I would definitely stay there again in future and recommend it to friends."

"Upon arrival we we greeted & shown to our room. The room was excellent, very spacious and clean, just what we wanted. After a good nights sleep we had breakfast in the bar and was pleasantly surprised to find that we had a choice of breakfast, we ordered a full English and avocado on toast with poached eggs & bacon. The food was cooked to perfection and was thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend the Victoria In. Location great too with a bus stop outside if you don’t want to drive and a co-op next door for essentials."
