LOVE, LOVED the house and its amenities! The photos don't do it justice. Fresh, stylish, all new, clean--a wonderful stay! Great layout for families and pets. Plenty of get-together areas and individual private spaces. Victoria was wonderful and super communicative! We wanted to stay longer!

The room was never cleaned. There was fecal matter on the toilet. And live and dead roaches on the floor, shower and refrigerator. I went immediately to office to complain and ask for another room.
