"No airport shuttle although it was one of the highlighted features, and main reason why I had booked the room. Restaurant food and service were good and the night porter was helpful. Room is outdated, the phone didn't work, tv was plugged out, and when the heating turned on, there was a loud dripping noise. The service from all staff was attentive and polite, apart from the receptionist. If it wasnt from the initial contact with reception, I would have left happy given the price paid. The main issue was because when I asked about the shuttle, I was told bluntly that it hadnt been in operation since covid, six years ago. I then asked what takeaways would deliver and she said they don't allow takeaway into the hotel. "

The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and have all amenities you would need (iron, hairdryer etc.) The food in the restaurant was very good, as was breakfast, and the menus catered well for everyone. The hotel had entertainment provided in the evening for the children, and an arcade room, which is perfect for families with young kids. We all enjoyed the pool and spa, which again, was super clean and well maintained. We chose this hotel as it is close to Emerald Park, so its perfect if you're visiting the area for that reason. "
