Luisa and Chris took such care during our communications and put us at ease, making every step of the way smooth and comfortable. Checking in was a breeze and Ceol na Mara was a delight to stay at. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need (or would want!!) for a self-catering holiday. Normally I dread cooking at a holiday rental (the knives are dull or the pans are worn through) but everything at Ceol na Mara kitchen was new and something I would love to have in my own kitchen. After spending 4 days in Skye, I realized Ceol na Mara is in the most ideal location at the top of Trotternish peninsula—a short drive to Staffin for provisions, incredibly close to Rubha Hunish & the Quiraing, and situated in as close to isolation as you can get on Skye. At night we heard nothing except the waves.Do yourself a favor and book here for a truly relaxing and special holiday on Skye. "
