Amazing house in the loveliest of locations. I fully recommend this hotel for Skye visitors! The hotel is about a 30 minute drive from Portree, but it is located in such a beautiful hidden corner of the island. The staff and the rooms were excellent.

This hotel was such a gorgeous, quaint addition to our time in Scotland! It is a bit off-grid but so worth it. The staff were all warm and welcome, the property immaculate and beautiful, and the food from the restaurant was tasty. I would love to come stay here again! Perfect little spot :)

This place was magical! From the staff to the food to the grounds, it was just perfect. When we arrived we were greeted by sheep and bunnies. Definitely recommend if looking for a beautiful, ideal English Countryside get away!

Greshornish House is absolutely adorable! The property is away from everything. Beautiful with garden and on the lake! The rooms are lovingly furnished and the fireplace room invites you to linger. The staff in the restaurant are also very friendly and the food is simply delicious.

Beautiful spot, excellent service!

We only spent one night here but it was one of our favorite places of the two week trip. The house is very nice, well kept, and comfortable. We stayed in the Rum room, which is spacious and luxurious. Easily one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast was great, and the dining room is open and pleasant, and the food was delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful too. Also, the garden and the view are hard to beat. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful scenery and cute cozy place!

You take a little country road to get to this place and once you arrive it’s a thing of beauty! Super quiet, peaceful, and calm with beautiful views. A hood complementary breakfast and cozy rooms! We would definitely stay again. We did have a room that was at the very top and it had a low wall that made me have to bed over to get around to other side of bed, so I’d just request not to have that room if you are tall.

Small family owned hotel. Located in a remote location, so very peaceful and quiet. In the evening there is a nice fireplace in the lounge. Perfect for a quick pre or post dinner hangout on a chilly night. Drive to the hotel is filled with scenic views of the water, rolling hills dotted with grazing sheep! Rooms were large with modern bathroom facilities including the best towels we have experienced in a while! Undoubtedly though, the highlights of the stay were the exceptional food and the service by Sascha and Meghan. Despite being able to go out for dinner and breakfast we chose to have all 3 dinners and all 3 Breakfasts at the hotel. Really was a hidden gem in the Isle of Skye!

Old estate home converted to a hotel. Lots of charm and a beautiful setting. Excellent staff and the meals were quite good. Expensive for what you get but so is everything on Skye. Separate hot and cold water in the sink and tub takes a little getting used to.
