The photographs all suggest, incorrectly, that there are 3 bedrooms. The photograph of the bed in the living area is titled “double bedroom”, which it most definitely is not. "Nice quiet location, although being on a farm there was a small amount of work related activaty at times which did not spoil our stay. "Upon arrival, told a key and fob for alarm would be in key box, it wasn't. Opened door, alarm goes off. Having to stand there with all neighbours on street looking at us, trying to explain that im renting the property and don't know how to rurn alarm off, EMBARRASSING. Getting inside to find cob webs and spiders EVERYWHERE was not nice. Bunk bed is broken right on the middle so cannot be slept on. "Booked a couple of nights here as we love the coast & had never been to Withernsea before, the house is lovely & warm and had the most amazing sea views from the lounge & double bedroom. There were nice touches, like a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits & Prosecco, as well as the movement detecting plug-in lights which doubled as torches - really useful. There are plenty of pubs, takeaways, an Aldi & a massive amusement centre with bowling a few minutes walk away. Our dogs also loved...

The host was so helpful and exceeded our expectations with the Christmas decorations which were incredible. It was the BEST place to celebrate Christmas with our family.
