"Cottage furniture broke and sofa bed settee very uncomfortable practically sat on the floor. Owner did responde when informed about broken table and sofa chair but these were not replaced during our stay. Had to clean the grill pan and cottage alittle dusty.had to spend alot of time out of cottage as uncomfortable to stay in. Location near to everything."

Location is just a few minutes walk from the beach. The kitchen had almost all essential items, though we could not find a tin opener - possibly we missed it somewhere? It is probably not the best house for families with toddlers due to the way the windows open as they swing out quite wide from the bottom. We had to be vigilant...
