This house was seriously the best. It was huge, spotless and had all the essentials.The host was incredibly prompt to all our texts/questions. We plan to have a family reunion every two years and we will most definitely reserve this house again. Highly recommend

Spring break family trip!

Decided to take my kids to Branson for spring break and it turned into an entire family trip of 9 adults and 2 children. Outlaw Cove is a beautiful property, and the views are breathtaking. The 7 bedrooms and six 1/2 bathrooms was perfect. The beds are a little firm so you have to like a firm bed. The extra blankets were wonderful, the fully stocked kitchens (yes there are two) were great. We played games and just really had a blast! I will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing getaway

Outlaw cove

This place was excellent. We had a large family up for the weekend and this place was more than spacious. The kids stayed entertained with pool table and arcade, while the adults got to watch football in the theater room. I look forward to coming back in the future.

Perfect house with amazing view

Outlaw Cove was a great vacation home for our large family. Plenty of room for everyone. Kids and adults enjoyed the theater/game room and being right across from the lazy river. It’s a bit of a drive to get to Branson venues, but totally worth it.

Awesome stay!

This property is so perfect for a big group. We have 5 families with teens, and it was the perfect place to hang (all the great games, theater room and hot tub!) and enjoy the lake. Beautiful home with lots of amenities and a great deck to enjoy the beautiful weather and view of Table Rock! We’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful place and perfect for a family getaway!

My family had the amazing opportunity to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary & Lazy River was the absolute perfect spot for us! We had 18 of us in total with lots of teenagers, the bunk bed room, game room and movie area kept them busy all the time! The home was clean and well stocked & it was just the right size for all of us to enjoy each other and have a wonderful time celebrating our family! LOTS of memories were made, thank you!

Beautiful Family Space

This property was absolutely perfect for a family/friend group of 10! We stayed here three nights and the kids and adults loved it equally. Kids (ages 8-14) loved the hot tub, game room, and closeness to the indoor pool and arcade. The adults loved the clean, modern space and beautiful views. Each room was spacious and modern and we were 10-30 minutes from Branson attractions. Beautiful space, would highly recommended and stay again! The hosts were easy to communicate with the entire process too 👍

Perfect!

The house was absolutely perfect! We had three families for a total of 16 people. There was ample space for all. We definitely could have easily fit another family. The hot tub was a big hit as well as all of the games in the basement. The indoor pool was very nice and right across the road. We enjoyed visiting Branson each day for different adventures. It was an easy 30 minute drive. We would absolutely recommend staying here. The pictures are exactly what it looks like!

Birthday celebration

We had a great 4 day weekend. There were 10 of us celebrating 6 birthdays!!! Property is perfect for all ages (even one on crutches!). What you see on VRBO is truly what you get. Lots of things to do in the area for every age group. This is a bit of a drive (30 minutes) to some of the attractions, but that also meant our rental was in a nice quiet area and with all the amenities, we really did not need to leave!! Very spacious, nicely decorated and well maintained. Thanks for a great weekend❤️

Outlaw Cove - A Perfect Getaway!

Our family had an unforgettable stay at Outlaw Cove, and it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning views and the spacious, beautifully designed lodge. The home is thoughtfully outfitted with everything a large group could need for a memorable vacation. The lake views from the home are absolutely breathtaking and truly set the tone for a tranquil stay. The combination of luxurious comfort and fun amenities is outstanding. Our group spent hours enjoying the game room with its pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, and arcade games—there’s even a poker table for some friendly competition!Overall, our stay at Outlaw Cove was nothing short of spectacular. It’s a place where you can truly relax and recharge while enjoying everything you need for a fun-filled vacation. We highly recommend it!

Wonderful!

We had stayed in this area last year so we were thrilled to find another house available on the same street. The place was perfect for our extended family. We were a group of 13 with 2 sets of newlyweds, and there were plenty of rooms for all the couples. The loft area was great for our young adult nieces. Our teenage nephew had the entire bunk room to himself, and I thought it looked so cozy! The guys love the games! Shuffleboard is always a favorite, along with the pool table and video game console. The weather wasn’t cooperative for us to use the fire pit, but we would have loved to. The host was extremely responsive and informative. We had a great Christmas week!

Amazing place!

We had the best time celebrating a birthday with our family and friends. We picked this home because of the downstairs and all of the games like a pool table, arcade, theater room, etc. All of the big kids stayed downstairs - there are 4 bedrooms downstairs, one room with 4 double bunk beds. All of the adults were able to stay on the main floor and loft area. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. And there are 2 refrigerators on 2 different floors as well as washer and dryers which was convenient to help wash pool towels. If you plan to go to Branson, the home is about 30 mins away to get to most areas. We ordered pizzas from Pizza by the Chef the first night and it was excellent. The pizza place and grocery store are less than 5 mins from the home. We planned ahead and brought some food with us as Kimberling City does not have a lot of food options, but driving to Branson was an easy drive and lots of dining options. We would definitely stay here again, maybe during the summer so we could enjoy the lazy river and outdoor pools!

Wonderful stay, great for groups and families!

Amazing home for our family vacation! Everything felt so fresh, tidy, and thoughtful. I loved the stylish furnishings, well stocked kitchen, and there was plenty of space for our extended family to come together. The rooms were stocked with all the essentials, plus nice little extras like USB charging lamps. The kids were so excited about the game room and arcade games, while my husband's favorite was the Movie Theater with its reclining theater seating - such a fantastic perk! The outdoor area was delightful too. We loved hanging out on the back deck, taking in the views of Table Rock Lake. The kids spent all day at the outdoor pool and lazy river which is right in front of the lodge. The location is great, a 20-30 min drive to Branson attractions but in a semi rural part of town. The host was also wonderful to communicate with. It was truly a fun-filled and memorable vacation, and I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Great Family Weekend

My siblings and I rented the house to celebrate our father’s 70th birthday. It was spacious, beautiful, jaw-dropping, and exactly as advertised in the listing. Maybe even better, because there was a pool table which wasn’t in the photos before we came! We used the grill outside, enjoyed some thunderstorms from the luxury of the covered hot tub, used the home theater to watch old home movies, and were grateful that everyone was able to carve out their own space. My brother, who was the first to arrive, sent us a message saying there wasn’t a bad bedroom in the whole house and he was right. All the adults had king beds, personal bathrooms, and plenty of space. The port of Kimberling is just 10 minutes down the road. We rented a pontoon boat and water tube from What’s Up Dock? and spent a super fun day out on the lake. The only hiccup we had during our stay was that we arrived when the temperature and the humidity were both at 100, and it caused one of the air conditioning units to freeze. We were able to maintain good communication with the property manager and get it fixed. It did make us notice that every level had its own unit, meaning every space - including the loft - stayed comfortable and cool. We are a family who likes things on the cooler side (mid 60s at night) and I was so grateful this property manager did not put limits on the thermostat that would have prevented us from being comfortable. Everyone agreed we should come back next year. Highly recommend.

The location was great. Right across the driveway from the pool and the lazy river. The hot tub was wonderful to have on our patio. We used five of the bedrooms. It was nice that everyone had their own private bathroom and we still had two extras. It was a sibling reunion. We enjoyed the game room but most of all the beautiful ViewThe only thing is, I would make sure to bring firewood or find out if there is some locally you can get.

This cabin is amazing! So beautifully decorated and very spacious! My adult family had such a great time here! We enjoyed the game room immensely with all the different games to play. Everyone had a blast! We rented movies to watch in the theatre in the house and the sound system made it feel like a real movie theatre!We were able to see beautiful views of the lake and incredible sunsets on the lake from our balcony. It was very clean with tons of natural light (and darkening shades everywhere if there was too much light).The property is really nice as well and was very peaceful during our visit! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to enjoy family time together! Thank you for making our family trip so much fun!
