"It was an amazing wxoerience throughout my stay for a week. An excellent view overlooking the sea, comfort in superb furnishled room with amenities, beautiful SPA with all facilities you can imagine, breakfast was faboulous, food in the Bar as well as Marama Batik restaurant are rated as five star. The location is perfect for our business connection as well as a pleasure to walk by the beach. This is one of the best horel we have ever stayed."

"My wife and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul-Florya for five nights starting on August 30th, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. From the moment we checked in, things started poorly when the staff refused our request for an upper-floor room and wouldn't credit our IHG account the points for the stay because we made our reservation through Expedia. The room we were assigned was damp and smelled musty, like a wet basement. To make matters worse, the AC broke down twice...

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms always very clean and housekeeping staff are very accommodating of requests. Amazing views of the Marmara Sea at breakfast and wide variety of breakfast options (something new to try each day!). Excellent indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, a very luxury experience all round."

"Staff were very nice and liked the restaurant for a late dinner when we arrived. The breakfast was chaos as there was a big party there this weekend but the staff were still helpful and doing their best clearing. Room was functional but found the pillows and duvet not very comfortable. Very close to the convention center so good location for that. All in all a good stay. "

"A great hotel in a nice location which is easy to access the metro and visit all parts of Istanbul. The hotel was spotless and the rooms are really well maintained. It’s not often you get a luxury carpet in the room to make it comfy to walk round. The bathroom is huge and easily supports couples. The food and drink was lovely although the prices are steep. €11 for a 330ml bottle of Heineken! The staff were really helpful and friendly and the indoor pool was a nice and tranquil place to be...

"A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff and i definitely recommened a sea view room. The only small issue i had was that the pictures make it look as if the hotel isnt around any othr buildings but its surrounded by other high rises so after 2pm the pool totall looses the sun, such a shame as i felt i had to leave the hotel to enjoy the rest of the sunny day. Other than that a beaitiful hotel "
