"Everything was fine our first night, on the second night I requested a roll away bed for my daughter and she woke up with bug bites. Later that evening I found two bed bugs crawling on the wall. We notified the staff, they moved us to a new room, took our belongings to be cleaned. Mid next day they retuned our belongings, some damaged from the high heat of the dryer. The bed bug situation was a big stress on our vacation with damaging some stuff and then spending the next two days at home rewashing everything to ensure we didn't bring them home. The hotel was unwilling to do anything to compensate us for our damages, time spent on this issue and the risk of bringing bed bugs home. Stay at your own risk of bed bugs!"

"Overall I'll give 4 stars. The front desk staff were very friendly as well as house keeping. My room clean & neat. The parking for the hotel is not easy and rather awkward. Also no connectinon from parking/ garage area to the hotel. Stairway and ramp portions are a little unsafe. My sister missed her step and I witnessed other visitors do the same in the same area. Lastly due to construction things like ice was not readily available on each floor."

"The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The bathroom offers little privacy so beware if you are shy - specifically in the shower. There’s no lock on the toilet room door, FYI. The staff at check in was not very pleasant or helpful. My biggest issue with the hotel was all the charges - they charge for everything! I get that’s the norm sometimes but wow. Our room service breakfast which had a menu price of $38 ended up being $65 because of service charges, gratuity (yes both were automatically charged), delivery fee, and a syrup fee (that make no sense because we didn’t even get or need syrup for our meal). They have an app with Marriott Bonvoy but we quickly realized that doesn’t actually correlate or make things easier through the hotel - I checked in prior to arriving and though the app said my room was ready, it was not. There were separate apps for room service and valet. Valet was $65 but for some reason got charged $75 before tip. Overall, I will likely stay somewhere different in the future. "
