This is my favorite hotel in Houston, love the service and breakfast is amazing. Love the Nespresso machine in the rooms and the snacks :). It feels luxurious without being pompous, staff is so nice and helpful.

I stayed at the Lancaster Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The accommodations were perfect, and the art collection was a true highlight. The hotel clerk was excellent. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. The bellman and parking staff were extremely helpful, and the room was spotless. I especially enjoyed learning more about the artwork through the QR codes. Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar staff weren't very friendly, but the food was excellent.

Staff was fabulous! Room was beautiful, location to the theatre district is outstanding!, artwork is gorgeous. Love all the stylish attention to detail throughout this very stylish hotel.
