"We booked this as had early morning flight and was short taxi drive to airport. About 20 mins. It's reasonably priced but room was a bit cramped and walls paper thin so didn't get the best sleep. Not a lot to eat in the area but plenty of nightlife. Was travelling with young children so didn't get to try sadly. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing, minimal selection but ok. All in all, clean and convenient and fine for a couple of nights "

"DO NOT book this Ibis without checking the location first - 2/5 ⭐️⭐️ When we arrived, we found out the area is right in the red light district of Singapore. We felt unsafe and had to cancel 2 nights without a refund, then moved to another hotel for peace of mind. I wanted to save a few bucks but ended up paying more because of this mistake. Staff were polite but couldn't change the location. Please do your homework before booking here. Solo travelers and families, avoid. Not worth the stress on your trip. "

"Overall, we had a nice stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of eateries and conveniences nearby, which made getting around and finding food very easy. The breakfast was also a highlight — there was a wide variety of options and everything was generally fresh and well-prepared. However, our experience at reception was disappointing. The staff member named Mariz was quite rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly during check-in. First impressions matter a lot, and this interaction did not reflect well on the hotel. Management may want to review staffing at the front desk, as this is the first point of contact for guests. Additionally, the omelet station at breakfast could be improved. The staff member there seemed inexperienced, as we were served an undercooked, runny omelet that was not prepared according to our request, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a good hotel with a great location and solid breakfast, but improvements in service — especially at reception and the omelet station — would make a big difference. "

"Hotel was ok for a short stay but rhe family room was very small. Hard to open your luggage up and be comfy. Main gripe for me was no window, it was obstructed by shutters so it felt a bit stuffy. No breakfast or amenities but great location for food snd markets. Was good value for money. "

"Despite being in the red light district the hotel is conveniently placed between a couple of Metro stations and plenty of bus routes. Front desk staff exceptionally polite. Room clean. Major issue for us though was the bed, it was like sleeping on bricks. Terrible! Hand towels and soap by the sink (rather than just the shower) would have been considerate. Fridge and tea making facilities very useful."
