"Location is great, direct lake side, downtown with nice restaurants and visitor center within 1/4 mile. Liked the recreational vibe along the lake. Has Nothing to do with property: Surprised that the lakefront was not more developed with more hotels and restaurants. It’s actually a good thing! Nice area!"

"This hotel has great location and located near the university and city center. Ithaca commons is 5 minute drive . We stayed in a room on the ground floor and we had a private entrance to the back parking lot which was wonderful . Staff was helpful . Little kitchenette came in handy . We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would stay here again ."

"We had a queen suite. Plenty of room. House keeping stopped by everyday which was very nice. Parking was good. Would definitely stay again."

"The staff went above and beyond and were consistently friendly and welcoming. It would seem the property has not been updated in decades, yet it was very clean. The beds are soft, which was a challenge for us. Yet overall our experience was excellent, and we would stay again."

"You can tell they made an effort to renovate the rooms. This is a motel with pretty cramped rooms, best suited for a solo person or couple, in transit for a couple days. Their renovation efforts are a bit hindered by some maintenance issue, hence the missing star. Still, i would recomend this as a decent motel, suited for singles or couples transiting the area. It's in a middle of quiet nature environement, Rooms have a dual HVAC which can either cool or heat the room, depending on the situation. Nice accomodating receptionist. They also offer a basic continental breakfast. Plenty of free parking."
