"Good location, close to town and other attractions yet secluded. Very much enjoyed the outdoor space as well as the indoor. Would highly recommend this cabin as a rental when visiting Fredericksburg and surrounding areas."

"We loved our stay and plan on returning in the future for a longer stay so we can experience more. It was about the same cost as a hotel stay, but with more of a home feel and a lot more room. I also enjoyed the view of the lake from our front porch. If I could suggeat one little change, maybe open the gym a little earlier than 9am, but that's all."

"The cabin was so much better than we could have even imagined! It felt like a mini oasis, surrounded by water and nature. The cabin was curated with history and care. Would love to come back and spend a longer visit here. "

"The property was lovely, and the Post Office was a perfect place to relax. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, and the location is quiet and peaceful. This was our first stay, but it won’t be our last. "

"We had a great time in this cabin! It comfortably fit five adults, though it would be snug for more. We especially loved the large fire pit, cozy-chic decor, and the outdoor lighting. "

"The photos of this property do not do it justice- it is absolutely beautiful. The privacy is so nice, and the house itself was wonderful. We had our adult children there for Christmas dinner- and I’m quite sure they will be renting this house in the future. Also the mattresses and linens were very comfortable- which is impressive in any vacation rental. This is a treasure nestled in the country."

"My family and I spent one night at this cute lake house. The house is fantastic—new, very clean, and well-equipped with toiletries, snacks, coffee, and creamers, plenty of towels, blankets, and games. The WiFi connection was reliable, contributing to an enjoyable stay. We had a great time overall despite very cold and windy weather. The communication with the owner was excellent, especially when we had questions about entering and locking the house on our way out."
