"My best friends and I wanted to get away for a winter-reset mom getaway and we couldn't have chosen a better place. We absolutely loved our time together at this cozy getaway and can't wait to go back! "The home was very nice overall and served our needs well. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were responsive and helpful whenever we reached out regarding issues during our stay.That said, there were several concerns that impacted the quality of our experience. Upon arrival, we found multiple areas of the property that had not been thoroughly cleaned, including the inside of the washing machine, several kitchen utensils, toilets, and the refrigerator, which contained old food stains and spill marks. We also found a dead bug in one of the kitchen drawers and noticed spiders and cobwebs in multiple areas of the home.We additionally experienced issues with the refrigerator maintaining a consistent temperature. Despite storing food properly, some of our refrigerated items spoiled during our stay.Overall, I would still describe this as a decent stay, particularly because of the home’s amenities and the host’s effective communication and willingness to help. However, the cleanliness concerns and refrigerator issues detracted from what otherwise could have been a much better experience."
