"Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Lots of hot water. Shower was fully accessible. AC was adequate.
We reserved an accessible king room with a microwave--THERE WASN'T ONE.
We asked TWICE at the desk & were told they'd bring one. NEVER DID.
As we were checking out & I mentioned it AGAIN, the manager insisted the staff never mentioned it to him.
Also TV DID NOT HAVE A SIGNAL--SAME DEAL! We reported it TWICE, never got fixed & manager insisted no one ever mentioned it to him!
