"Tiny house on the hill is a Capitol Hill gem and perfect for the book launch we attended at Elliott Bay Bookstore (another Seattle gem). Everything you need is provided including parking. Only downside would be if you are mobility challenged. The loft bed is accessed via a ladder (as shown in pics). ."

The house is in a great location...super close to downtown and the stadiums, and is in a highly walkable neighborhood. There are several great options for food and coffee just a few blocks away and everywhere we went was delightful. Christa was a great communicator throughout the whole process and provided everything we needed in the home. The only "negative" thing about the location is the parking...it is...

"My husband & I stayed here for a birthday getaway with another couple for 3 nights. It suited our needs perfectly and the layout worked well with another couple as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom but could share meals and visit otherwise. 10 min walk to the light rail. Good neighborhood. Quiet place. Only complaint was no toaster !!"

"This house on Aurora in the Queen Anne neighborhood was perfect for a girls weekend. With three bedrooms, four bathrooms and three floors, there was plenty of room for our group of six adult gals. The extra bathrooms are so nice when you are all trying to get ready at the same time. Even though it was mostly Cloudy during our stay, there's a great view of the space needle. You can easily walk around this area to many places in Seattle, but the walk up and down to the house is pretty steep and...

"I loved our stay here! Super close to Kerry Park and minutes away from Space Needle. The place was very clean, and the rooftop deck had beautiful views of lower Queen Anne and the water. Be advised this property is on a very steep hill. So walking up is definitely a workout. lol There is a bus one street down that takes you directly to downtown/pikes place. So you don’t really need to rent a car if you’re booking this place. Overall great experience. I would definitely book again"

"We stayed here because it is two blocks from our son’s home, so the location was great. The unit felt new and very clean. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice and hot. There seems to be little insulation between floors so we could hear people walking, stomping, and talking, but we were gone all day and they were quiet at night. No parking, but we didn’t need it so that was okay. Overall it was fine for this visit."

"We were 5 adults and the house was perfect. The kitchen has all the necessities if you want to cook. The rooftop patio is awesome for relaxing and looking at the city lights. There are even games to play in the house. Parking is tight if you have a large vehicle and you have to be in shape to get to the rooftop."
