Cute, clean and great location!

Loved this VRBO. Our family of 5 visited Seattle and this was the perfect spot. Location was in walking distance to all the Queen Ann restaurants, walking distance to the city center, space needle and kerry park. It was clean, comfortable and the host was very responsive. We will definitely book next time!

The pictures don’t do it justice!

This stay was perfect for my young family. The central location made it easy to access restaurants and grocery stores while attractions weren’t hard to reach either including a 10min drive to the zoo, a short walk to Seattle centre and then the quick monorail to down town! Highly recommend this home. We are originally from Seattle and needed a home base while we were back for a few days. This is a wonderfully equipped home, super clean and comfortable. Everything is within walking distance but you are off the main road so it’s quiet at night.

It was very clean and accurately described. It was a big place for the two of us, located in a nice neighborhood, close to food and coffee, and close to sites we wanted to see and visit. Great Place!

My family of 4 adults were visiting the Seattle and stayed here for 3 nights. The home is just as stated. Very well stocked kitchen was really nice. A cute house in a great quiet neighborhood. All area tourist attractions were easily accessible. Great restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this property to others.

Comfortable, well-equipped house with excellent location

Everything about this house worked perfectly for the three of us. The living/dining area is inviting and relaxing, the beds are comfortable, the shower is great for tall people, and the kitchen is stellar. We were able to easily cook a nice dinner and only had to get the basic ingredients. The house's close proximity to the Seattle Center is a plus, and it's near a couple of grocery stores. We'll definitely stay here again when we come to Seattle.

My mom and I visited Seattle to celebrate my 40th. We were looking for someplace that was walking distance from downtown. This place was PERFECT all around. The location was amazing. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He gave a great recommendation of a dinner planner went the first night. The house was comfortable and clean. Very cute area that felt very safe. I’ll be back in the future and hope this place is available again!! 5 stars, this is the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in!! I highly recommend!!

Lovely Vintage Apartment in Queen Anne Area

We like to stay in well-equipped vintage apartments when we travel. Ben's place is a great example of this - - charming decor, woodwork, and furnishings with all the modern features you need (comfortable beds, full kitchen, modern bathroom and all the electronics for your teenager). And it comes with a dedicated off-street parking space, a comprehensive guide about the place, including a list of nearby restaurants & activities! We met Ben when we arrived - he helped us with our luggage, gave us a few pointers on the neighborhood, and all his contact info in case we needed anything during our stay (we didn't). Overall, this is the best 2-bedroom place we've stayed in for I don't know how long.

Post-Thanksgiving explorations

We were seeking to learn more about the neighborhoods of the Seattle region with a mind of relocating after retirement. We found this place as a perfect, centrally located base and got a taste of what living there would be like. Proximity to great grocery markets and restaurants was a big draw for us. The place itself was surprisingly comfortable: the beds were great and the shower was decadent to us water-starved Californians. We cooked and the kitchen was well appointed and worked for us. But the real revelation was the original cast-iron radiators. The temperature was perfectly maintained without forced-air, making it allergy free. We would definitely come back and recommend it to business and leisure travellers.

Lower Queen Anne stay

A place with all the perks and classiness of a 5 star hotel yet the comfort of home. Ben, the owner was very easy to contact and responded immediately to any questions. I had none beyond informing him when I was leaving. I really liked the parking and he was so kind to also have an extra parking tag for anyone else who may have wanted to park on the street. The tag was just there. I also liked that he did not have a lot of check out instructions. Ben truly tries to accomodate to the visitors needs before hand so you don't need to. One caveat: Queen Anne Street is a HILLLLLL! If you want to walk, get the calves in shape. Lovely place.

Great stay overall! Ben was very responsive when contacted. Master bed was comfortable with great pillows. Pretty flowering plants on the walkway leading to the front door. Space was a little tight for a couple with 3 teens. Would have loved an outdoor eating space! A great area from which to explore-close to all of the attractions. We especially loved the Ballard locks, canoeing through the arboretum near UW, Cashew Thai and the hike we took on the Little Si trail. Whidbey Island was great-though quite a trek over there.

Visit to the Seattle Opera

Very clean property. Well stocked with paper goods, laundry and dish soap, shampoo, etc. A short (but hilly) walk to a very nice grocery market. We made breakfast each morning in the well stocked kitchen. The off street parking is a great feature. We walked to a local Thai restaurant and felt very safe. We were in ties to enjoy a Seattle opera performance. This location was very close to the opera, ballet, armory and space needle. We will try to stay here each time we visit Seattle.
