"This place was like a lottery dream home if you love the outdoors. Huge and spacious in every aspect - bedrooms, shared space, bathrooms, MASSIVE deck looking right out at the Kennebeck River, and lots of land to walk around the shore line. It is very much a hunting themed lodge but we were there for rafting, which is about 3 minutes away. Everything was modern and updated and the owner was responsive to all questions. We are planning another trip we were so happy with it."

"A group of friends and I planned a weekend trip to Raggae Fest at Sugarloaf and the house ended up being the main attraction. Right when you walk into the living room you are greeted by more moose and deer heads than you can count. It made for a super unique experience and something that I’m sure we will talk about for years to come. There’s also a great downstairs with pool and ping pong that was a huge hit. "The place was a dump! They lost our reservation and the people to check us in were gone. The first floor of the “lodge” was a single building, managed by the local rafting company (there weren’t any rafters scheduled) with bunk beds on the first floor (not at all like the picture) and a shared bathroom. I heard from the “maid” (she had a housecoat on) that the second floor was better but we were put off by all the bees and bugs everywhere on the first floor. I can only imagine what the beds...

"Great location close to Kingfield but out on a back road for nice woods romps for the dogs. The kids loved the hot tub and game room. Very comfortable for our group of four adults and three kids."
