"This house was beautiful and had plenty of amenities for our stay. The property was in excellent condition and the location was perfect. Close enough to Bethel and Sunday River Golf Club for exploring and golf, but far enough away for privacy. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a multi-family or buddies trip. "

"Essentially this is a room in a lovely resort on the coast of Maine. Location was excellent, amenities abound and were as described, staff was helpful and professional. But, I would not book again through this listing again. Host did not pay entire rate. I ended up paying 20% more out of pocket and spent too much of my stay trouble-shooting with the hotel receptionists/calling the host support line. Both hotel receptionists I worked with had other customers who experienced the same as me when...
