RV Gate + Fenced Yard with Fiber WiFi

  • An RV gate with off-street parking for a truck, trailer or larger vehicle. In-unit laundry, a kitchen with full cooking equipment, ALLO fiber internet and air conditioning throughout. The backyard is fenced and private, and the unit has its own entrance with no shared indoor space. Keypad entry at any hour, and groceries, restaurants and the main shopping corridor are all close. One bedroom with a king bed, and air mattresses are available for up to four guests. The adjoining unit is also ours.
    -No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room. Please enjoy your meals and drinks in the kitchen/dining area.
    -Please make sure that you turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the property.
    -Please do not place the AC unit below 70 degrees.
    -Please ensure that all windows and doors are locked when you leave to ensure the safety of your personal property in the unit.
    -Please place a sheet over the couch and bed comforter if your pets are going to be laying on it.
    -If used, please take a minute to deflate and put away the blow up mattress.

The place was perfect for me and my two small dogs. Every thing was clean. Great bed, bathroom was great with walk-in shower, nice size sofa, and wonderful kitchen. Nice yard for the dogs, and nice patio to sit out on. Really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed in three of their places so far. I like this unit the best because the block wall is higher, i have bigger dogs. Nice people to deal with! Five Stars *****

We just returned from a wonderful 3-night, 4-day trip to Kingman.We stayed in this lovely duplex with a spacious, high block-wall fenced backyard that was perfect for our dog.The home was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. There is a dedicated parking space right in front of the unit, the bed was comfortable, and the bedroom had plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. There were even extra sheets to put on the bed and couch for the dog. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and serving a few meals, but there were also plenty of great restaurants nearby.The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet with very little traffic. Cooler morning walks with our dog were one of the highlights thanks to the sidewalks and open space. The secure fenced yard gave our dog a safe place to relax, and we appreciated how pet-friendly the area felt.Grocery stores, restaurants, and other conveniences were just minutes away. We even enjoyed an evening at Hive Five Meadery in the heart of Route 66 listening to talented local musicians.Our host communicated clearly before, during, and after our stay, and check-in and check-out were effortless.We would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay in Kingman, especially if you're traveling with a dog. We look forward to staying here again!
