Welcome to our charming home in Kingman, AZ! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home spans 1,284 square feet (119 square meters) and sits at the heart of Kingman, just a mile from the iconic Route 66 and close to the fairgrounds.
Built in the 1960s, this classic ranch-style house exudes timeless charm. The enclosed rear patio, also known as the "Arizona room," provides a serene space for mornings and evenings, while the backyard is perfect for unwinding after a day of activities.
The space
Welcome to our house, where you'll discover a spacious haven with all the comforts of home. This accommodation features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living space.
Master Bedroom: Unwind in the queen-size bed and enjoy the convenience of an attached bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom No. 2: Rest comfortably in another queen-size bed, designed for a peaceful night's sleep.
Bedroom No. 3: Perfect for families or groups, this room offers twin trundle beds. The lower trundle bed is cleverly tucked under the main bed.
Kitchen: Discover the pleasure of home-cooking with standard amenities including a microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, sink, and ample plates and utensils. A Keurig and standard coffee maker are provided, along with a delightful variety of coffee options.
Dining Area: Gather around the round table with 4 chairs, or opt for the 2 barstools to enjoy the wood countertop.
Living Area: Kick back and relax with entertainment options on the TV, YouTube TV is provided along with a nice 65" TV so that you can watch your favorite game. While cable TV is not available, YouTube TV has most stations.
Camera Locations: One camera is located at the front door. Once camera is located in the carport. One camera is located on the west side of the house facing the street.

Guest access
The entire house minus a couple of storage closets. There is an old fig tree that produces in the late summer and a pomegranate that produces in the early fall. Feel free to pick the fruit. They are delicious.
Other things to note
We designed a local map in the hallway that locates most of the local amenities and directions to area attractions.
That it is an older home, with smallish bathrooms. We have a ring camera in the carport. This is mostly used to verify a guest has left, so we can start cleaning the house. The front door has a key pad for entry.
