"The breakfast is very good. One of the elevator was down during my whole week’s stay. Another one broke down one day, I had to walk down the stairs, and the stairs down to the lobby were very confusing, the indication was not clear. I went all the way down only to find it was a fir escape, had to go back up and across the building to access a different stair. Other than that, everything was good. Location is very close to train station, very convenient . I won’t mind going back and stay there again."

"Good for an overnight stay, great location near Kings cross & St Pancras. Rooms are small & was quite warm but we managed ok. Staff were helpful & took care of our luggage so we could explore the area before catching Eurostar."

"The hotel was well located and close to the subway station. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was very small in comparison to hotelsmin other cities in France and Italy. From my understanding that is the standard in England. Small but clean. I’m used to having a small refrigerator and the ability to make coffee 1st thing in the morning. Neither was available in the room. Overall very nice and clean just very small."

"We stayed at the Kaya Great Northern Hotel on 4th September. The check in was handled very friendly and efficiently and our bags were taken up to our room. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless with nice luxury soaps and shampoos for washing. We ate in Rails Restaurant in the evening and had a very nice meal and experience there also. All staff were attentive and courteous in each area of the hotel. It was a nice touch to have a small kitchen with Nespresso Machine and cakes at the end of the corridor for our use also. Very Happy with our stay and would thoroughly recommend the Kaya GNH to anyone wishing a quality stay close to St Pancras & Kings Cross Area."

"Great location, close to both Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston stations, but in a quiet street. Nice staff in a 24 hours reception, nice facilities, nice and clean room and bathroom where everything was working - that's important. But my my room was way to small. Very Small! But I would recomend the hotel - and I might stay there again."
