Very convenient for staying overnight near to Kings Cross/St Pancras, check-in quick and simple, clean and tidy, staff member friendly and approachable...rooms are very small, TV remote didn't function, and very steep stairs to get to our room (third floor)

Our room was a tiny cave down a narrow flight of stairs. The bathroom was moldy and there was no shelving or places for your toiletries or clothes. I told the staff that my mom had issues with the stairs and they were less than helpful. The bathroom ceiling was only six foot and was honestly bigger than the tiny room. The pictures on the website are very misleading. Won’t be staying here again.

Small and fairly old but very welcoming

I stay here regularly. Rooms are small and fairly old but does the job for me and is always clean. In weather like this, really need an air-conditioned room but that's not the case very often in London! Staff always very welcoming.

A double room is ideal for one person only. Ideal for the train station. Our double room did not look like picture advertised. They need to put actual sizes of the rooms against them so you can see what you are getting.

Was just what i needed for one nights stay. The bed was comfy, room clean. The room it self was big enough, but the location, it is perfect and so close to kings cross station!!!

The hotel is very convenient if you are catching a train early in the morning at Kings Cross or St Pancras. The double room and bathroom were clean. The room is on a small side for 2 people and 2 adults but manageable for one night. The bathroom is very narrow and small. The are plenty of restaurants/cafés in the area.

Great location & value for money

Good value for money, excellent location, clean and tidy, quiet as well as pleasantly warm. All made for a good night's sleep. Decor a bit dated, but comfortable nonetheless.
