Paid for breakfast on the Expedia app..then was told it wasn't breakfast. But it was a box with a crossiant. air-condition units are mobile and then heat exhaust blows into the room..so deemed absolutely useless.

The location is great, right across the street from the Tower of London. Plenty of good walking areas around the hotel. It was a bit noisy due to construction nearby, but nothing the hotel can do about that. My only recommendation is to have a few door stops handy because our suite had a large number of doors that always closed.

Though the location of the place is walkable to some iconic places, the place itself is very inconvenient for travelers with family and multiple luggages. The entry way of the place is right next to the street, no place for taxis/ uber to drop us near the reception area. The rooms is hot no aircon there are ceiling fans and cooler but not enough to beat the heat.

The ad was deceiving from what was offered. Please be aware this is an apartment not a hotel. And it’s like a maze to get to your room with Dark dreary hallways. I chose a river view and got a parking lot view and some tower bridge This is not what I paid for. The worse part of all is the AC It’s a portable which sticks the exhaust out of the window and it’s not properly done and only the curtain is used to block the outside air from coming in. Terrible design and thought to add an ac. No wonder yoi can hear all the noise from the street. It didn’t long for me to figure out why it’s so noisy once I saw how the portable ac was set up. This was definitely not disclosed at all However I must say, management is attentive to my needs and relocated me to their sister company which is the hotel standard I am used to. Because of the great customer arrive I received, I rate the management 5 stars but the Rooms advertised for what I paid and didn’t get a river view and noisy street room and portable ac with a duct that kept coming out to blow hot air in the room, I rate a 1 star. This needs to be disclosed for all future guests. There should be no river advertised as there was never any.

Hotel is in a really nice location, walking distance from the tube and Tower Bridge, with many cafes and restaurants near by. The room itself was average. Kitchen was a nice addition, but there was no AC. Instead there was a cooler so we had to leave the windows open all night. There was also a musty smell in the bedroom, probably because of the cooler. It's ok for a couple of days stay.

Great location!
We enjoyed this hotel. The location was great. The living area was spacious. They provide AC. There are several pubs and restaurants nearby. The proximity to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London cannot be beat! They’re both very close. I suggest eating at the Byward for breakfast or brunch. It’s located at the beautiful church across the street.
